Nepenthes ventricosa is one of the Nepenthes recommended to you if you were to ask around for a starter Nepenthes. It adapts to many different climates promptly and is a quick grower. Shipped potted in 3.5" square pot.
bought this plant from Andrew about a year ago now & it has done very well for me since I had tried a different type of nepenthes from my local garden center prior to buying from Andrew, which did not do well for me @ all cause it never produced anymore pitchers for me while in my care & learned my conditions were not appropriate for that particular plant guessing--not enough humidity.
my ventricosa is currently starting to produce 5 new pitchers now, can't wait to see how they develop & turn out so excited! A plant that is very easy to care for & get to pitcher plus.. It's a plant that aims to please & even if it doesn't have any pitchers (takes a little break) it continuously is growing & putting out new leaves w/ new tendrils which can grow into new pitchers with a little TLC!
