Store Policies
Fly Trap Shop offers the following Returns Policy: Plants are shipped using a proven method to get the plants to you in excellent condition. Shall the plant, for some reason, arrive in bad condition you must contact us within 2 days of plant arrival with any concerns. In such cases the plant will be immediately replaced with a equal plant. Basically we guarantee the plant arrives in great condition. We cannot be held responsible for plants grown in inappropriate conditions etc. In rare cases we may ask for the plant to be sent back.
Refunds: Refunds are available if the plant has yet to be shipped. If the plant is already shipped it must be returned unopened (refused by customer) and you will receive a refund minus the shipping and loss of plants during the round trip if applicable. If you are unhappy with your plant for any reason we will try to work with you on that. If you still wish for a refund, we reserve the right to request the plant be returned to us.
Potted plants are typically shipped in 2" square or 3.5" square pots. (pending plant size and type) The media may be 50:50 peat:perlite, 50:50 peat:silica sand, pure long fiber sphagnum, or a combination of the above.
We are located in Tucson, Arizona; so weather is almost always acceptable to ship plants. If not, you will be notified of any delay. It is your responsibility to make sure the weather in your area is acceptable to receive plants.
Orders are generally filled and shipped within 1-3 business days.
USA orders only at this time.
Taxes will be charged for orders being shipped within Arizona.
Dual plant options are limited to in stock plants. If the plant you chose as your second plant is not in stock, we reserve the right to substitute another plant of equal or greater value in its place.If you do not specify your choice for the second plant, it will be the same as the first plant.
